AWFUL Experience with CPI - WATCH OUT, BUYERS!! I've been with this company for more than a decade, shelling out over $50 each month for home security. I reached out to cancel my policy because the CPI technician never showed up at my place. When I called again to end my contract, I discovered there’s a 30-day cancellation rule. So, I ended up paying for another month unnecessarily. There are tons of other security firms out there. I definitely won’t be going with CPI again for anything. So let down by CPI.

The problem got sorted out just fine. Super polite and full of helpful info.

This afternoon, I had the pleasure of getting top-notch customer service from Olive. She really knows her stuff and was super empathetic, addressing my worries with great care. Olive took charge of my issues, and I can't thank her enough. She's a real gem for your team! Once again, I’m really grateful for the fantastic service I received.

Christy Cetewago was super knowledgeable, super helpful, and really polite! Her customer service skills are off the charts! She definitely deserves some recognition for going above and beyond in her work performance! ❗️

ZAI brought a refreshing change! She was totally professional and made me feel like I was finally being listened to and valued as a customer! I couldn't believe that switching internet providers could lead to such a mess in service delivery by CPI! I was really frustrated, let down, and feeling defeated... But Zai, after our chat, I felt like someone actually cared and got that I wasn’t being looked after. She took the right steps to fix it. Huge thanks to you, Zai! I was seriously thinking about jumping ship to your competitor, but after talking to you, I’m willing to give CPI another chance!

She was really friendly and professional, totally motivated and eager to sort out the issues we faced with our system that had zero security for the last couple of weeks. The technician is currently on-site, taking care of the problem, and has already resolved it. We are super grateful!

The support representative was super quick to respond to all my queries and worries regarding our new alarm system. She addressed every issue we raised and ensured we verified our apps to confirm they were updated.

Following a confusion with CPI’s that caused me some hassle, Josh stepped in to rearrange things and assist with my garage door opener setup. Thank goodness, Josh was considerate of my schedule and even brought in his supervisor, Justin, to make sure I was taken care of. Really thankful for Josh!

A few points to mention:
* The tech was awesome - super knowledgeable, detailed, quick, and made sure to explain everything clearly.
* They completely fixed my issue.
* The technician also checked the security system to confirm it was functioning well, even though my main concern was with the doorbell camera.

Honestly, I couldn't have asked for better service!
